Past work history and/or relevant experience
From October 2014 to January 2017 I was a live-in companion for 2 separate hosts, one in Clapham and the other in Gospel Oak, both through agencies. My responsibilities included: driving, kitchen maintenance, social outings and cultural trips, home security, pet care, watering plants, general companionship and support, errands, carrying, recycling, household clearance, hospital visits, property guardianship, some basic personal care.
Between September 2015 and March 2016 I also worked as a caregiver for a client with Lewy Body dementia offering personal care and assistance with outings.
PAST WORK HISTORY
I have worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 1999 and hold numerous CYQ fitness qualifications. Though I am not looking to offer fitness training as such I am happy to give general guidance on physical activity and other well-being issues, such as nutrition and healthy food preparation.
I am first aid trained.

Why are you interested in working as a PA?
I see working as a PA as a progression from my role as a live-in companion. I enjoy it very much and find it meaningful. I enjoy helping people and experiencing how they go about their daily lives.
What interests and/or hobbies do you have?
I sing and have performed in choirs and bands.
I enjoy racket sports, track and field athletics, keeping fit, travel, nature and trips to the countryside.
Cinema and seeing old classics at the National Film Theatre.
Cooking healthy, nutritious food. I am no chef but can do the basics!
Took up scuba diving recently and have dived several times in the Canary Islands.
